We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited. Fantastic!! This is a great light and adds the look that I wanted for my dining area. The measurements on the website are accurate and I was a little hesitant initially because in some of the photos on the website it looked a little large. For perspective, the table measures 55"x35". It's the perfect size for this area. Install was very easy. I measured and determined the length I wanted the light to hang and set the wire first. The instructions had that done last which didn't make any sense and would have been very difficult--so set it first.
