This skillet heats up very quickly and evenly, it is especially great for meats because it can easily give that golden brown crisp to your food and make it more delicious. It looks so nice that all these non-stick or stainless steel skillets can't even compare with.

Love these pans so far! Heavy, solid cast iron. Perfect size for me. Skillet doubles as lid for pot. I've used skillet twice and pot once. Cooks evenly. Food was crispy without being burned. I couldn’t be happier with this Dutch oven! It’s absolutely gorgeous and looks beautiful sitting on my stovetop when I’m not using it. Beyond the looks, the quality is fantastic.
