Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great. The new Professional Plus range cookers are inspired to bring robustness, ergonomics, and operability to the domestic space. The ILVE Professional Plus 40-inch range is combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The range cooker has a 2.3 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 2 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both the cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.
