This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand. This is an absolutely massive refrigeratorfreezer combo! Delivery took quite a while, but that’s expected with how big it is. It took a full delivery truck and 2 guys to unload it, they very nicely and carefully got the box inside our garage for us. Unboxing took a while, the wheels were sitting on a wooden platform and was impossible to get out from underneath without hammering the wood to pieces. The wheels on this unit are so convenient to move it around because it is HEAVY. It has 2 refrigerated areas and one freezer, it performs wonderfully but is quite noisy when it’s running. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes.
