I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase. Whoever said this mattress was soft, fight me, because y’all lied. The bed did fully inflate within the recommended 72 hours.
