I'm obsessed with this thing. I didn't ever consider buying a steamer, but when I factored in how much money (and chemicals) I was exposing the house to when mopping/Swiffering, it felt like a no-brainer to try this out. Vacuum is light and has good suction but has some defective hardware, like top handle not getting locked and remaining loose and sometime snaps out while lifting the vacuum.
