Absolutely perfect. I was reluctant because it was custom and non refundable. Yet I perused the reviews and ordered sample fabric and it is exactly what I wanted. Very roomy and cushy. The kind of chair that you want to climb into, cross your legs and read a book or have your dog next to you in it. The slip covers are so nice (little wrinkles still). The chairs are robust in size. My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair. It sits firm but still cozy, and wide enough to curl up in, at least according to my dog in the photo (she is a 20-lb Scottish terrier for reference). This chair is a great value. I love the real wood base and the fabric is really nice too (I have the beige linen) The cushions were vacuum packed upon arrival and therefore a bit wrinkled, but I hit them with my hand steamer and that problem was quickly and easily resolved. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 15 minutes. The only negative for me is the screw hole covers. They are plastic which feels cheap for such an otherwise quality piece. I wish they were wood that matched better. Thats why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. This chair is amazing. It is so beautiful, well built and comfortable. Before it was delivered there were remarks like."why would you get white?" and "you are going to be sorry". When it was delivered and everyone saw the quality they changed their tune. I am in love with my beautiful chair. I've had it for a few months now and it still looks like the day it was delivered. I looked for a long time for a chair like this one and I kept coming back to it. It was so worth it. The cover stays put so when you sit on it and then get up the cover is still in place. I'm not constantly having to adjust it when someone gets up. It is quality. The cover is made from nice fabric, heavy enough but soft and comfortable to the skin. I haven't had to take the cover off yet and wash it but it's sure nice to know I can. I also bought the sofa that matches the chair and wow it's gorgeous. Not one day have I been sorry for these purchases. I am very pleased. In my humble opinion it is better to buy quality rather than trying to save a buck. Chair is really lovely. It was not packed very well. On the bottom there is a zipper, inside there is a box with the legs. It’s a nice chair, on the lower side and quite comfortable It took me 25 minutes to assemble the chair, for me it was straight forward and I didnt have any problems, just follow the instructions and be swear that the bigger holes need to show to the outside to connect the arm pieces, it’s already written in the box so I don’t have the issue at all. The linen product is ok, color is nice, the wood is average and one piece while barely to see came scratched out of the box For the price you’ll not be disappointed and it is a nice piece to look at for sure.
