I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. Wayfair extended me a $20 gift card. Finally, the last assembly guy completed the assembly to his credit even though several of the screw holes did not match up.. Cornes. Chicago, IL. The glider is beautiful and sturdy. The assembly took FOUR hours with two people. It would have been helpful if all of the parts had been labeled, as some of them came out of the sleeve during delivery, and that resulted in us having to redo some of our assembly.. Susan.
