Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. I have downsized to very few pans and this one is a great smaller choice. Heavy, but not too heavy to handle easily, nice even heat, takes 4 cups of liquid in the narrow base part neatly and then won’t over boil with the wider top but takes additions or stirring easily. I have the ceramic version of Milano, so was very excited to see the tri plystainless steel version. The stainless steel version allows me to cook it higher temperatures up to 500 F compared to the ceramic, which can take up to 400 F so with this, I can do some nice searing. As with all those willing products, consistent features like the flared rim that keeps things neat and clean and no drips or spills, and I love the contemporary stylish design and stay cool handle which works on my gas cooktop that I can also use it on induction or any other cooktop.. It’s too soon to comment on the durability of this product, but so far I am pleased with the nonstick capability and the overall heft and performance of the pan. Years ago, I bought a small nonstick ceramic saucepan that has a great interior coating, and it still works as well as the day I bought it in terms of the nonstick surface. I finally decided to buy a frying pan, even though I normally use cast-iron or my instant pot or Stainless steel in an effort to avoid toxic chemicals leading into my food, including the ones that have yet to be discovered as toxic. Hopefully this is as non-toxic as advertised in the long run, and it’s amazing to not have to use any kind of oil and be able to cook so easily in it.
