Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. The pans are extremely well made and sturdy, I think they will outlive me! The only issue is that the food will stick if you don’t time the correctly. I find, for example, eggs need to be released after about 30 seconds or they may stick. Once they are released, everything is good and they won’t stick. What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win.When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food.. This 5qt stainless steel was a gift to me and has been great for daily use. I recently switched to all stainlesss steel pots from non stick and this has been the best so far. I had looked at a similar product elsewhere and the reviews were terrible. I bought these under duress, we were part of the kettle recall, and I wanted to spend the gift card before i lost it. We use cast iron and i avoid non stick. I have not bought a zwilling product that hasnt been impressive. Highly recommend these! Easy to use and easy to clean. They dont get too hot and food doesnt slide all over the place. They are nice to look at and arent hard on my wrists.
