After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I wish it was made clearer that the unloading would be my responsibility, I spent a lot to get the couch of my dreams but very unsatisfied with the delivery service that was definitely lacking! This couch is beautiful and super comfortable. Stylish, modern and firm. I read the other reviews that said it was easy to put together. We struggled to line up holes and connect the two back pieces. I ordered it once and it had red marks. I ordered a replacement and it came with a red mark as well. Most of the mark came out with Dawn, but not all of it. Waiting on a replacement arm.
