Set is exactly as depicted and easy to assemble. A couple of thoughts, the set sits low so if you’re over 6’ tall or have high ceilings in your patio or balcony, it will feel small. For assembly, it had easy to use instructions and by myself I completed it in under 1.5-2 hours. Recommend starting with the swivel chairs as they take the longest. Cushions take a bit to completely fluff up and the cushions are a bit hard. The wood is soft, so careful when opening it and putting it together. All and all, the set looks great.. Patricia. We love this couch! We looked at what felt like a million and settled on this one. One of the pieces came damaged and we reached out to the seller who replaced the part free of charge within a week, no hassle. It was easy to put together with two people, took about 30 minutes. The cushions are comfortable and it looks great. My only complaint is that the back cushions are free floating, they don't velcro or attach to the back of the couch in any way so when you get up and down they tend to flop around, but that is just the way they are designed, not a flaw. For the price this couch is surprisingly good quality. If you want a really comfortable high end outdoor couch you need to spend minimum 1,500, but for 550 this is a good option. The cushions are a bit thin on the backs but I would give it a 710 for comfort. If you try and use the provided tool to assemble it will take you all day. This is a nice, comfortable contemporary set. The installation was easy; my only wish was that washers were included for all of the screws. The lightweight aluminum frame can be easily bent if too much pressure is applied.
