Gorgeous!! My husband rented a scaffold to install it since our ceiling is 20 ft tall in our entry. He then lowered it, and we sat on scaffolding to install the crystals. Definitely a little more challenging installing this so high but worth it. It comes with a set of small crystals and a set of large crystals and you alternate them when installing on the rings of the chandelier. It took the both of us 1 12 hrs to put the crystals on. Probably one of the worst products I ever purchased. If I could give it zero stars I would. The wires that are supposed to be threaded through the poles were not attached to the chandelier. I had to purchase a soldering gun in order to connect the wires. My husband broke up the box otherwise I would have returned it. Wayfair offered me a small credit to keep it but in my opinion it was definitely not enough for all the trouble I went through. The instructions were not clear. I chose this gorgeous LARGE chandelier for my new house. The reviews were solid, it is very pretty. It arrived to my residence undamaged and packed very well. I inventoried the pieces and assembly hardware - all there!! Look how big this really is as temporarily hung over my kitchen table. It's HUGE!! I just love this! I do have important advice for others when it comes to unpacking the chandelier and I've included photos as well: DO NOT just yank the chandelier arms out of the packing material because the arms are connected via wires to the round center fixture. If you yank them out you run a high risk of ruining this light before you even get it out of the box. Everything is tucked down well into the packing material, which I appreciate, but I think a note on top of these with this advice would be helpful (if the manufacturer is reading this review).
