They are nice looking chairs and will work for us for the time being, but I can see why they were offered at a great clearance price. Three of the four chairs have damage we'll repair, as it's not worth trying to return them. They come as one piece (no assembly) and the box is huge! The damage is that the plastic rattan wrap around the legs has unraveled on 2 of the chairs, and the arm of a third chair has some damage that should be glued down. Because the plastic is polyethelene, you can't use just any glue, you need a bonding epoxy so I will be buying some tomorrow to address these issues. Wow, these chairs are nice! I was surprised by the nice, solid wood components and large lag bolts. Webbing is also done very well and should last a long, long time.
