Three Stars because one of two failed to close tightly.! I bought TWO Radiator control valves: they arrived immediately, along with the cut-off valves & elbows I had ordered. Both Radiator valves were installed yesterday: One works perfectly (yeah, 5-stars), BUT the 2nd failed to close tightly and leaked (not dripped but leaked!) .. so I’ll have to replace it (0 stars). Fortunately, I can close the in-line Shut-off valve I had installed upstream, and accomplish Replacement without having to drain my Hot Water Radiator system. Crisis avoided!. Gary Knebel.
