Step into the stillness of a pristine winter world. This serene canvas captures the view from an open wooden window, where thick snow has accumulated on the windowsill and floor, bringing the cold into the room. Beyond the window, a winter forest of evergreen trees blanketed in snow stretches toward distant mountains, shrouded in morning mist. The pale blue sky hints at a clear, cold day, while frost clings to the window frame. The entire scene is illuminated with soft, natural light, inviting the viewer to step into this peaceful, untouched landscape. It evokes a deep connection to nature, where the quiet beauty of winter offers a moment of calm and reflection.

Update Wayfair sent me a replacement for the damaged item for free. It looks really cool hung above the bed. A little difficult to hang it straight, because the wings are not evenly laid out. So I compromised on the straightness of the head as opposed to the wings and it still looks good. The item is still very delicate, so hanger beware. I absolutely love the item, just wish it had made it in one piece. The item was double boxed for protection, which was great. But the internal box that held the item had styrofoam on the bottom side of the item that was molded to the shape of the item. The top was just protected by a second piece of styrofoam over the face and just crumpled paper shoved in over the wing area on both sides. That was a very poor internal protection for something that was packaged very well on the outer box. Submitted for replacement, we will see how that goes.. James. Davenport, FL. Fri Oct 02 2026

A symbol once worn to embellish a garment or textile, this museum-quality roundel showcases the Persian Griffin, a powerful protector from evil, witchcraft, and slander. Sculpted with muscular haunches and broad, feathered wings, this commanding icon, worn by the troops of King Xerxes and other famed warriors, is cast in quality designer resin and finished in faux gold to replicate the originals. A stunning gallery piece, this work of decorative art will hang proudly in any collection.

The item looks great, but I wasn't thrilled with the two hook spots. One is behind the griffin's head, the other is out on the rim. You won't notice it though when hung up, I just though it was odd. You would think they could get away with one in the center, but still, looks good on the wall.. Randall. Greenville, NC. Thu Feb 19 2026
