I have been wanting one of these for awhile and just decided it was time. It shipped quickly. All the parts were there. The packaging was thin cardboard, so it wouldn’t have taken much additional shipping “abuse” without starting to rip open. It came with detailed instructions, unfortunately, they were not in English. The photos/illustrations were enough to be able to assemble the item. But one, pretty critical part was left out, the pin to keep the round part in place/locked. But, if you look, on one of the two hinges, there are holes that go through the hinges and the frame, and it was easy enough to install. The colors are vibrant, and I hope it will stay that way as it will not be in the direct sun even in the house. I haven’t been able to use it very much since assembling it, but I am optimistic. I gave it four our of five stars because of the weak packaging, lack of multiple languages on the assembly instructions, and the lack of identifying installation of what I would think would be a very important piece of safety equipment, the locking pin for the hinge.. Purchased this as a gift for my husband. It arrived a day earlier than promised, and my 5 year old could have assembled it, the set-up was that easy. I even adjusted the firmness settings and that was a piece of cake. It’s a gift for my husband’s birthday, but I did a practice run on the rebounder, and was pleasantly surprised by how big and smooth the bounce was.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 15 2022

Love my new Jumpsport 550f PRO! Followed directions for one-person assembly, including removal of every other bungee from its saddle (to lesson tension in order to open the folded frame.) I still could not open it, so I removed 2/3 of bungees (symmetrically), which created enough slack to open the folded frame. Then I secured the frame open (hinges shut) and "restrung" the loose bungees back in their saddles. Pro tip: leave the bungees intact if they tunnel through the mat loops (as these are harder to re-string.) I am 5'5", 100 lbs. If I can do it, you probably can, too! You will love bouncing on your Jumpsport and enjoying health benefits including better balance and more energy!. Janice. MT. Sat Oct 10 2026

I ordered this not knowing much about the rebounder trampolines, but I have been researching it and learning quite a bit. I have worked out a few times and love how much better it is for my joints. It definitely works the legs and core areas. They have so many low impact exercises as well as more challenging ones. Definitely worth a try!. Holly. US. Thu Sep 03 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rebounder, the Jumpsport 350f, is solidly built and can support quite a bit of weight, which is great for my workouts. I appreciate its ability to fold up for storage, making it convenient for my small space. The inclusion of a fitness DVD and a trial period for different rebounding workouts is a nice touch. However, assembly was a bit challenging without the proper tools for adjusting the bungee cords, and there’s a loose hinge lock that’s a bit concerning. Folding it up requires some effort too. Despite these minor issues, once set up, it delivers a good workout experience.. Djrmusicyt. Tue Mar 19 2024
