I would have given a 5 stars if final design of chairs had provided correct length screws to hold swivel to top part. It was almost perfect until towards the end of assembly the design didn't ask you to place 4 plastic 1/2" washer to avoid screw to penetrate through fabric. When they could have provided you with 4 screw of correct length. Worse than that is swivel raised platform would have created more force on the 4 mounting screws.
