That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is very appealing visually. The ice maker is incredible. You’ll never run out of ice. Love the beverage station with the filtered water jug. Most impressive is being able to view the inside of your fridge from the app (perfect when out shopping). Love the photos you can upload to the screen and the fact that I can ask Alexa to play music and sounds pretty good!
