It’s a lot of parts and hours of work to assemble, need multiple people to complete. It’s not exactly 12x16, more like 11x15. It will look really good when I get to finish assembly. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Took me about 1 day to put together with some assistance from my son. Recommend about 3 people. My advice would be to pay very close attention to instructions. One mishap can throw assembly into chaos. Bring your power tools and drill. I had to drill for couple of misplaced holes. I had to build elevated wood foundation so keep that in mind. Keep your screws in the bag they came in...mines were all over the place. Lower your expectations. This is not a solid wood shed with more sturdy material. I had to add weather strip to the doors (large gap in between). Other than that Im not too disappointed. Putting together is just a tedious process. Take your time and go step by step. I haven’t finished putting this together and will update my review when I do so. It will take a while to assemble. The parts appear to be sturdy metal and it comes with a pretty extensive manual that shows you how it goes together. It comes in two separate boxes that are both quite heavy. This is a great shed! As a 5’2 woman with a 5’8 hubs, it does feel a little short height wise but perfect for us. We did decide to run 1x4’s around the middle to give the walls some extra support. We love our new patio gazebo. Instructions were complete. It was really easy to put together. It took three of us two days.
