The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in. This shed seems flimsy until it's assembled but is sturdy. However, the finish may scratch easily. I had panels that had significant scratches in them and some of the screw holes were difficult to line up. There were a few places that were impossible to get the nut on the bolt. We bought this shed about a month ago so we could move everything out of a storage unit and save those monthly fees! It came in 3 boxes that are able to fit into a larger SUV for transport. The materials are attractive colors and true to the photo. It’s really nice there is a window for natural light and venting. That is a big one for me and why I chose this model. The double doors are ample in width. Plan 4 days for assembly mostly alone. 1 day to build a base. 1 day for preassembly of walls (4 hours). 2 days for final assembly. There are no predrilled holes, which is necessary with this type of soft material. Some of the panels don’t exactly line up in preassembly, but the millimeters don’t matter. The instructions are alright. Not great but doable. The part numbers are crazy long and confusing and could be labeled much better. You really need a tape measure with centimeters. I didn’t so I had to convert everything and mark my tape. I did drop a light item on a panel and it easily dented. Think of this material as the blue tote bins you’d buy and not as strong as the black and yellow tote bin plastic at major retailers. A base has to be built. Budget almost half the price of this shed for your base if you use pressure treated wood. This will NOT work without a sturdy base being prebuilt (pavers or wood). You will need a level, metal drill bit, good power screw driver, speed square is helpful, tape measure in centimeters, magnifying glass if you cannot see well up close to see instruction detail, patience and beverages. I am a little concerned about snow load, but we will see how it fares in winter. It’s more flimsy than other sheds, but the price does reflect that, so it’ll work for me.. Megan. Meridian, ID.
