Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! This was a tremendous value. i did a lot of shopping around and comparing prices. this was the best. It is extremely sturdy build. I was able to bolt the footing to my deck and it is solid. The bluetooth sound is not very good and the LED lighting is very dim and is on the outside when you put up the curtains so it does not provide any light inside. I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. It’s a great cover for our 10 x 12 gazebo. I like the extra length so it’s not such a tight fit as my previous cover. We use our gazebo in the winter with our fire table and we open the window and door a bit to let the gas out and air in. Love the privacy when closed. Total blackout from outside light when completely closed. Added lightning in the gazebo to create a cozy secluded environment. One thing I’d do differently is to provide grommets at the bottom of the curtain to allow for anchoring. They blow in when the wind blows or we get a heavy rain. They do provide shade and rain protection when there is no wind. Still looking for a way to anchor them so wind doesn’t blow them constantly. Otherwise, it is a heavy fabric that seems to be weathering well thru the last couple of years. They remain up year round and provide warmth in the winter from cold breezes when they don’t blow in..
