SECOND UPDATE - Wayfair pulled through and sent me a NEW machine, complete with Cuisinarts included warranty. Zero issues with this machine and I love it! Bumping my review back to a five star! 4-1-2026 UPDATED REVIEW - 33 days after purchasing, the machine started dripping through the dispenser. Non-stop. Of course, 30 days is the point of no return for Wayfair. I pulled all the paperwork and started sleuthing immediately. I did all of the suggested cleanings. Twice. It was fine during the cleaning cycles with water only in it. Next day I put a very large mug under the dispenser and it did the same thing - coffee was fast dripping out of the dispenser on its own. I started reviewing my paperwork and realized that this machine has been refurbished. I went to the online order page and the original Wayfair listing and NO WHERE was it disclosed that this machine had been refurbished. BUT that is in small print. I contacted Wayfair customer service and after providing video and photos, including photos of the paperwork on the refurbish, they worked to make this right. I do appreciate them acknowledging that I did NOT purchase a refurbished machine and that the listing would have indicated that, had they known. My original review was five star. I’ve knocked it back to four star but will update again after the new machine arrives and I’ve used it for a few months. 3.21.26 I used a similar model of this on-demand coffee pot while visiting a friend and really loved the concept of it. Decided to purchase after reviewing and researching WAY TOO MANY other coffee pot options. I love it. You fill a side tank with water. Add coffee grounds to the included filter, and turn it on! You dispense the coffee, as you want it, into your cup. Even after two hours in the pot it’s perfect. Taste and temp are spot on! I have it a five state wring, but would have chosen 4.5 had that been an option. Here’s the reason there’s some education, nuance and finesse to figuring out the dial turn and programming features.
