Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. The remote made it easy to operate. I was able to set temp, timer, fan speed, and mode. Additionally, phone app made it even more convenient. I didn't have to be in the same room or even home to get it started so the space I needed it in could be cool by time I get there. The ONLY drawback was the AC compressor was louder than I'd expect.
