Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. So far this air conditioner is working very well. I have it in my sunporch grow room. This room is unbelievably hot during the spring and summer and it also houses my washer and dryer making it even worse. It cools the room quickly and even when the temperature is nearly 100 outside it keeps it comfortable enough to work in.
