We are replacing a Delta pullout wand with a overhanging Grohe. It has yet to be installed by our plumber, but I can attest to the Grohe faucet we have in the bathroom sink. Works like a charm. It's a single handle model. Delta is an excellent product, especially insofar as the warranty is concerned. Customer service sends out parts without charge, and there is no hassle involved. The reason we've switched is simple. The pullout does not pull out with ease. In addition the hose often gets cinched, so as to prevent the flow water. The overhang should not do this. Update. Recently installed. The pull down faucet is. Easy to install to operate. Note that the non-spray function is not aerated. Good to have a deep sink, so as to prevent splashing outside the sink. Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening. We bought this in black to match our faucet. It's incredibly heavy, which is good because it gives it a solid feel. The mounting pipe is metal which is nice, because these are often plastic and don't hold as well over time. I do wish that the logo on the top wasn't as prominent, but because it matches the sink (Blanco) it's not so bad. Overall a great dispenser. Update a year or so in. At first we used a thicker dish soap (maybe Dawn?) and it clogged all the time so we switched to a thinner one (Meyers) and that worked much better. But now the soap tends to leak out from under the pump head onto the counter like other people have noted. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application.
