I have a 15 y.o. and 12 y.o. and they adapted to this new microwave with minimal learning curve. I like that the beeping isn't too annoying or aggressive, like some other microwaves out there. We needed this specific size to fit in our wall's cutout, and Bosch is a name that I trust. This was an easy purchase to decide on. It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! Very bad experience I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting and getting broken . The fact that they sent me obviously broken one is upsetting. It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated. The weather station were programable to local weather (ex- dry Colorado weather at 65 degrees is "warmer" that damp NY weather at 65 degrees.)
