Even with the issues I had installing it I would still probably buy it again. Minus 1 star for the following reasons. Cons The installation instructions for this fan are a mess. The instructions are out of order and don’t list all of the parts included in the box. Some of the parts were either already connected or connected to the wrong part. I had to disassemble it just to reassemble it correctly. The bracket was missing the J hook that was supposed to be a safety feature to hold the fan during installation. The biggest issue was that the wires connecting the light to the receiver didn’t connect properly, so even when the fan worked, the light didn’t. I was able to snip twist the wires together directly, bypassing the connector clip to make it work, but someone less familiar with electrical work might not know how to do that.. Nicole.
