This is a great carport. The directions for the canvas part was a bit hard to decipher, but otherwise the directions were pretty good. Unwrapping plastic from each roof panel was a bit of a pain, but if you do it on a sunny day outside, the panels will get warm and the plastic will be easier to remove. We just had 3 or 4 of us at a time unwrapping them. I am optimistic that it will last a long time. This product includes the replacement canopy only; the metal structure is not part of the package. It is specifically engineered to fit a 10x10 Ft gazebo frame.

I have a 10'X10' gazebo. This canopy does not fit. The little square piece that goes on top is too big to fit snugly. I had to use heavy duty clips to secure it from being blown off in a breeze. The main canopy is too small, it was a tough stretch to get it on and one corner ripped in the process. The only velcro tabs I could (barely)use were on the corners the others are too far from the bars of the gazebo to attach due it being stretched so tight. Would not recommend thos to anyone..
