Delighted! I received the pergola quickly! It was shipped in 4 different boxes and the packaging was awesome! No damaged pieces! Great price and fits my needs. Well, I have now assembled the pergola and did have some damaged pieces (see pictures) I don’t think these pieces were damaged in shipping… seems like they may have come that way from the manufacturer. In any event, I am still happy with the end result. Assembly would be a bit easier with some written instructions to accompany the photos but with patience we were able to figure it out. We recently purchased the 10’ x 20’ Mirador pergola from Wayfair, and it has been such a great addition to our backyard. We had been considering this setup for a couple of years, and after a windstorm took out our old canopy, it felt like the right time—and we’re so glad we made the move. The adjustable louvers are a standout feature. We can control the amount of sunlight easily, and it’s even functional in the rain since the water channels off to the sides. It makes our patio space much more usable in all kinds of weather. The modern design looks fantastic and fits our space perfectly. We went with the steel version for the price point, and it feels sturdy and well-built. With a few extra hands, assembly was very manageable. Everything arrived well-packaged in four boxes, all in great condition, and the delivery team was excellent—they even placed everything under our carport as requested. This came very quickly my contractors put this up with ease. We have had up to 35 mph winds and this thing is solid. Now that we are into the winter months we're expected to get 9 in of snow today it says that it will withhold at least 30 in of snow this was one of the best purchases that I have ever made. This is a large Gazebo, just what I dreamed of having! What is a huge selling point is the metal roofing that can hold a lot of snow. We had lots of help putting this up, just make sure your space is large enough if you get one this long. Love it, my son in law put it up. It was larger than what I thought which was a great thing. Good quality, great product. Great material, strong, well made. Stood up to a mid west winter and nasty winds. Now the neighbors on the hill behind us cant see on our patio doors any more and it keeps the hot sun out of the house. This gazebo is fantastic. It took my husband and a friend about 5 days to put it together. They worked about 5 hours every and the last day was just getting the fit on the patio and drilling the holes into the concrete to get it set and then hanging the screens and curtains. They did a great job and my husband followed the instructions fairly easy, as he was in construction and used to reading drawings, so it wasn't hard for him. Everything went together as it should have. I think one screw hole was out of alignment, so he made a new one. Other than that he had no problems putting it together. We love the size of it, its double of what one gazebo normally is. Gives us plenty of space for furniture and a fire table, and still room to add an eating table which I have not purchased yet. We love its wind resistance too. We get some crazy winds in the desert, sometimes 60+ mph, and we've since had just a couple days like that, and we have found it to hold up just great! You do hear a little rattle with that kind of wind, but not much. Its solidly in the ground and the parts are solid, holding together well. Can't beat this gazebo for its sturdiness and beauty. Function is awesome and I know in the summer we'll be able to close the curtains when the sun starts beating in any direction, and screens if the flies show up while eating.
