Got it for my moms apartment. It works great. Definitely for a small area. It blows out cool air right away. I would make sure to clean and keep up on cleaning the water tank and the rest of the unit. It starts getting worse after a week. It does the job and it is easy to move around because of the wheels. I called costumer service for replacement, but I’m not eligible because I bought it in April 25 2025. Delivered on May 3 2025. So, one year warranty is exactly one year!!!!
