It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable. Used this today for the first time. I never used one before. Takes getting use to but works great. Cooked my sons burgers well. You must center the pan on the unit first, otherwise it will display a u like symbol and turn off. So make sure magnetic pan is on the unit and then power on. Also I love the H it displays when cooling off to let you know the unit is still Hot. I purchased out of laziness. Tired of cleaning the entire stove just to make burgers or whatever...lol. its easier to wipe down the counter and clean the unit.
