It’s an okay fan. It’s pretty small so you have to put it on top of a surface if you want it to fan you while you’re in bed. It is fairly quiet. The cooler packs do work and help it blow cooler air. Got it for my moms apartment. It works great. Definitely for a small area. It blows out cool air right away. I would make sure to clean and keep up on cleaning the water tank and the rest of the unit. It starts getting worse after a week. It does the job and it is easy to move around because of the wheels. Was a little challenging hooking up but would like to add that the water doesn’t drain properly so it has to basically be elicited to drain and I’m surprised with the technology of today and tomorrow that it isn’t water efficiency this would surely help the elderly people in apartments be able to do laundry and handicap so I diduyan extenderhose and the hose where the water drains is not very durable however maybe this can be tweaked lol.
