It’s an okay fan. It’s pretty small so you have to put it on top of a surface if you want it to fan you while you’re in bed. It is fairly quiet. The cooler packs do work and help it blow cooler air. Got it for my moms apartment. It works great. Definitely for a small area. It blows out cool air right away. I would make sure to clean and keep up on cleaning the water tank and the rest of the unit. It starts getting worse after a week. It does the job and it is easy to move around because of the wheels.
