From the moment I propped it into my office chair, I knew I wasn't going to like it. It's too bulky to sit in an office chair and remain comfortable because the rollers stick out too far. And I was disappointed in the description of the product where it lists "rolling" as one of the aspects, which I thought you could shift the rollers up and down to massage different parts of your back or shoulders/neck, but unfortunately is not the case because the rollers are stationary. Plus the leg massager is extremely uncomfortable. I thought it would have pressure massagers that inflated from the back and the sides but all it's merely a vibrating function in the back of the leg space. The foot roller is uncomfortable, too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt.
