Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this item. The box looks like it had been opened previously and there’s two marks that could be dents. They are not in an area that would be very visible. It hasnt really been that hot in Michigan yet. I purchased this air conditioner in May. Fast forward to June and the temperature is over 90°, this air conditioner just did not perform as I had hoped. Not whatsoever! I really wish to return this and I do not know if I can or not. I did however purchase a 5-year warranty so now I need to find out if I can send this back because I wasted my money.
