***MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PROTECTION PLAN!!*** Purchased my unit mid June 2025. Worked great until 82026 when it began to blow out warm air (did not use during the winter months). Chatted with someone and he was great with getting it set up for me to receive a reimbursement check (they were initially trying to give me a Wayfair gift card - absolutely not!). I’m currently waiting to receive the check so hopefully that pans out. In the meantime, I did purchase another ac unit because we’re currently enduring a heat wave and my elderly mother lives with me so we need something asap. Nice AC unit takes a while to shut off the remote had some issues in the beginning, but I think now it’s starting to work a little tough to synchronize with the remote and the AC unit but otherwise good deal for 189.
