The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. We had the oven installed in December 2025 and we're happy with it. The one thing that I am having trouble with is the touch panel. There are times when the timer button doesn't work. I'll start the oven to pre-heat and when ready and food has been placed in, I try to set the timer and it won't activate. Other times, it works by barely touching it. I've tried different sequences thinking that the timer will only work after the oven or stove has been turned on...but those tests proved inconclusive.
