I like the size for my very small shop. I like the features for the most part. The one feature that was in the Wayfair "details" description is that the Swing mode operates both the vertical and horizontal louvers. On mine, only the horizontal louvers swing back and forth. The vertical louvers don't move at all. If it's just mine and a defect, it's not worth my sending back. While it's a help, at the end of the day, it is after all just a fan with a few more features and a remote. Yes, the cold packs help somewhat but they're not refrigerant. Ordering, communication re shipping and expected delivery date, etc. were all easy and accurate. The fan weighs more than I was expecting so it will take some adjustment to wearing it while I power walk. The adjustable air flow is a welcome feature. I do have to increase the volume of the music on my headphones to offset the noise from the fan, especially at high speeds.
