I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
