This sink is very easy to install requiring only a small wrench to tighten the water supply lines. It includes the drainage, screw holders and brackets to mount the sink. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new Bosch dishwasher last January after my previous one which I had for 15 years broke down. My new Bosch is great but I really don't like the new 3rd tier top drawer, stem glass holder, and reduced size silverware basket. I recently started reusing the the full-size silverware basket from my old dishwasher, which thankfully I did not discard. I'm hoping that the flap that holds stemware in place can be easily removed since we normally do not use stemware and it makes loading ordinary glasses difficult. Just received. Nice sink but the "sound deadening" material is not as pictured. It pictures what looks like a sprayed on material on the entire underside of the sink. It is, in reality, some black foam material that is glued on the bottom (large piece) along with 3' x 3' pieces of the foam randomly adhered to the basin sides.
