From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. Product unboxed with a dent in the front right middle of door. It's a superficial dent, only on the outside, so it will not affect how the product works. It's frustrating, but I am ok with it. I am sure this thing will get plenty knocked around in the coming years from normal wear and tear. Assembly was a chore, and absolutely takes two people. You CANNOT assemble this by yourself, it is far too heavy. Very well built and sturdy product, besides the handles which appear to be a type of plastic.
