We received the pool vacuum, fully charged it. It ran for about 2 - 3 hours in the pool.This pool vacuum does a great job! It’s thorough and kept it’s charge, with no problem at all. We have a corded vacuum pool cleaner and we have to unravel the cord, get it unstuck off the vent in the bottom of the pool. We didn’t have any of these issues. Dropped it in and it did a great job. I took a chance and bought “open box” inground pool safety cover. The item I received was perfectly packed and has all listed items needed for installation including instructions! We decided to not remove the hand railing which we would have had to cut. We also decided to not cut the cover around the pavilion poles as the cover is heavy ans snug enough to fold around the poles.
