I couldn't be happier with this wide Jacuzzi tub with arm rests. I moved after enjoying a Jacuzzi tub with no arm rests for 16 years. First thing I did in my new house was install this model. The extra width and arm rests are not only more comfortable, but when I injured my leg -- the arm rests enable me to lower myself into the tub. This whirlpool tub is a great tub to replace a normal size tub if you want the luxury without adding space to a bathroom. It is very calming and relaxing. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps! We love our tub! It's comfortable, the jets are great, and sturdy. I wanted to specifically note that we installed a bi-fold glass partition door with the tub. On one of the sites this tub is listed, someone said that was impossible but we pressed ahead suspecting it wasn't the case. And as you can see in the picture, we were correct. It looks great!. We replaced our shallow non-jetted 60 by 60 inch tub with this one which takes up way less space. It is deep and comfortable and there are a variety of ways you can use the jets and lights. I haven't used the aromatherapy part. I especially like that the tub cleans out the jets so water does not sit in the pipes molding. It does NOT have an in-line heater to keep the water warm. There are only 2 minor cons to this purchase: the tub is narrow and a tight fit for anyone pleasingly plump. There is not enough room to flip over and push up and out and the bottom of the tub is slippery. I had safety grit put down and a handrail to pull myself up with. Pros: values, finish, versatility of lights, smells, and jets with multiple settings, pipes purge and clean themselves after use Cons: narrow and a bit short (if you are over 5 feet tall you won't be able to stretch out completely.). To give you some perspective, the typical Coma Inducer has a 280 GSM fill rate and most, if not all, other Coma Inducers are under 400 GSM. So when we add an extra 1000 GSM in fill weight, you know this is thick! What makes this Coma Inducer even more impressive is that we didn't use just any filling. We used Grade A polyester, with a blown in technique to create a down alternative feel. Each square is like an over-filled squishy plush stuffed animal. We then coupled this thick high quality filling with an outer ultra cozy plush that has a hand feel like petting the fluffiest cloud or a cuddly dog that had one too many meals. And that takes us circle to the real naming inspiration which originated 3 years ago from a dog video that became an internet meme. Emily Flowers, a Coma Inducer super fan, won the naming challenge for this Thickest of Thick Coma Inducers with her name suggestion; Boi He Thick. There were a lot of "normal" sounding names suggested, but when put to a vote, customers agreed that for a Coma Inducer this special, it needed a name that was equally as attention grabbing... Boi He Thick!
