I ordered this Shade Replacement Canopy for its name. I lost 2 of three huge spruce trees in my yard. The product I bought as 12ftx12ft arrived as 9.5ftx9.5ft, they said they sent it wrong and they would send a new one, and it arrived again in 9.5ftx9.5ft dimensions. I wrote it again and despite all my warnings, it was again the wrong size, 9.5ftx9.5ft. I did not receive the correct product I paid for!
