It comes with a grate cleaner tool that conveniently hangs on the door. And i love that it has wheels so you can easily move it. I made chicken and steak and corn on the cob on the top shelf and everything cooked evenly, and the burners were not affected by the constant wind conditions here by the beach. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I had to wait for a day that was warm enough here in Chicago to test this! And for a time when my backyard parking area was open. But I finally could and this tent is amazing. It's very easy to pump up -- that's all you did, pump it up. No rods and sticks to insert and get in just the right position. I used the included hand pump and it took about 5 minutes of inflating. Once inflated it's surprisingly sturdy, with heavy support columns at each corner. Each one is wrapped, too, so you have an extra layer of protection. The footprint is nice and large, with plenty of room for a bed, a small seating area, etc. And a regular-height person can stand up in the center. There is a skylight and screened windows so you can have plenty of air flowing through. I have seen that inflatable tents are very popular overseas and I'm glad they're becoming more popular stateside. I can't wait to take this camping when it really gets warmer.
