The shower holder can be adjusted to be horizontal as it works as a "separate-installation" design. You won't see it slant after finishing the installation, while others are easy to be tilted as they are installed as a holistic part.

This shower system looks great in my shower. The only reason I gave it a 3 out of 4 is I am unable to have the rain shower and the handle on at full power at the same time.
