Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. The cast iron grill/griddle heats up within a few minutes. Clean it with hot water, dry it, then use a paper towel with cooking oil to wipe it all over, distributing the heat evenly.

My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. Avid griller and used to taking care of a grill. I love the Broil King grills and this is my second one. I ordered Cast Iron Grates for this one due to better searing qualities, but have been sadly disappointed, I season them about every 4-6 months and they are still rusting away. I needed to replace the cast iron grills on my Regal and didnt want to have to replace them again in the next 5 years. (becuase im lazy and dont season my grills the way I should). So Sear marks or not, I went for the stainless steel rods. Im a believer now. They leave dark sear marks just like the cast irion grills that i had before. They are so much easier to clean.
