The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. This is the second Cafe' dishwasher we had one in our previous house. After it was installed, I questioned why it wasn't running. The installer said it was.
