This tub is very impressive, my contractor and plumber really liked the tub. It was just installed so I haven’t actually gotten in it yet. The lights come on and the jets work. But I don’t know how to change the radio station and the glass is a little high so if your a little bit older it would be hard to lift your leg so high to get in and out the tub. I got my shower door installed a few months ago on my guest bathroom that is also shared by my young son. I was nervous he would slam the door or always have fingerprints on it but once we had it installed it was absolutely perfect for the space. This is a good whirlpool bathtub but it is Not a free-standing tub. By definition a “free-standing bathtub” can be positioned anywhere in a bathroom and doesn’t need to be against a wall. Well this tub does need to be against 2 walls since it’s missing 2 wall side panels. We thought this was an error made by the manufacturer but it’s not.
