It's a great rice cooker, like one would expect from Zojirushi. I purchased it because I wanted a rice cooker that didn't have a non-stick coating. This is marketed as PFAS free, but I do wish I was clearer on the pot's composition and coating, if anything. There is a finish on it, not completely non-stick, but some kind of treatment. I miss the retractible cord, but otherwise the shape is great for storing and the back looks really nice and the matte finish resists finger prints. The rice cooker works great. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity.
